Topic of the project :The topic of the current project is community waste management project. Deliverables : In this group project there will be submission of a project management plan which will be uploaded by the project manager of group. Aim of the project : This project management plan over a community waste management initiative aims at reducing landfill waste and promoting recycling and composting. Importance of this project : This project satisfies the project requirements as this topic is not linked high speed rail and incorporates at least 3 UN sustainable development goals as in this business case emphasis is put over the importance of sustainable waste management practices for environmental preservation.The UNSDGs that are linked to this project are responsible consumption and production covered under UNSDG 12 , sustainable cities and communities covered under UNSDG 11 and life below water covered under UNSDG 14. Project management approach: In this project management plan firstly a business case will be provided then the development approach will be determined for this project which is the exploration of the iterative methodologies for the continuous improvement of waste management.Lastly various documents that are included in the PMP will be provided in this project.
