The project aims to implement a supplier relationship management (SRM) program in the automotive industry to improve supplier performance, reduce costs and promote sustainable practices. The program will focus on building strong, collaborative relationships with suppliers to achieve mutual benefits and promote responsible business practices.  Three United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UNSDGs) addressed by the project: Goal 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth - The SRM program will aim to improve supplier performance and reduce costs, contributing to sustainable economic growth and creating decent work opportunities.  Goal 12: Responsible Consumption and Production - The program will promote sustainable practices in the automotive industry supply chain by encouraging suppliers to adopt environmentally responsible practices and reducing waste.  Goal 17: Partnerships for the Goals - The program will foster partnerships and collaborations with suppliers to achieve common goals and promote sustainable business practices.
