Recent pandemic has brought a significant disruption in supply chain of medical products including vaccines, medical supplies like PPE's and medicines. The pandemic posed various challenges with respect to manufacturing, logistics, inventory management, and distribution all over the world. In our project, we will be developing a plan to implement IoT, AI and Blockchain in building resilient supply chain in the medical industry. To help us construction the plan we will also be comparing the supply chain models of pre-covid and post-covid used for the same products and their effectiveness during their respective times. Will be explaining using practical advices and guidance of how and where to implement for effective and efficient supply chain.
