Queen 🐝's sanitary napkins (Rebel 🌹es sanitary napkins): 1. The purpose of this project is to introduce the product which is made of complete cotton both napkins and tampons; 2. The project will focus mainly on health, environment and create awareness to women around the world. Also, to focus on women empowerment; 3. However, the risks such as cost of the product as we are planning for complete cotton or sustainability products and competing with the existing brand and marketing of these sustainability products in order to increase the sales which will also help the organization to increase the quality of the product produced; 4. Different level of managers(team members) who are involved in the project will help us to identify the requirements, to allocate budget, to implement the project at operational level , frequent update to stakeholders, go live process at the Operational level and delivery of the end product into market along with problem solving; 5. The project will also include frequent campaigns to be conducted in order to promote the product and the wellness around it. Back-up topic (Trashman). The purpose of this project trashman is to create a mobile app which helps us to collect the wastes from small scale trash collector. Where we can separate the different type of waste and create the raw materials out of it and which could be sold to huge sectors to reuse these recycled raw materials.
