Our initiative is to implement a management plan in Delhi, India's capital city, that would boost the feasibility and profitability of E-Rickshaws and make them the populace's go-to form of transportation instead of CNG rickshaws. Air pollution can be substantially reduced by implementation of E-Rickshaws. We need a way to make rickshaws more sustainable and accessible because they are the most popular form of public transportation in the city. By securing legal authorization from the government for a 3-5 year period, we intend to maximise the use of E-Rickshaws by establishing fast charging stations at selective locations. Our strategy must serve as a bridge between consumers on one hand, and manufacturers and Delhi government on the other. We will emphasize the environmental benefits and economic potential of E-Rickshaws and collaborate with industry experts in automotive manufacturers. To demonstrate the benefits, we will conduct pilot projects in the targeted area and showcase increased driver profitability, accessible new E-Rickshaw charge stations, reduced emissions, and improvised customer experience. We will launch a public awareness campaign utilizing social media, community events, and local influencers to promote the economic advantages of electric rickshaws such as lower fuel costs and government incentives.
