What is the learning pathway?
The learning pathway allows participants to utilise learning that fulfils their needs and the needs of their users.  The learning framework allows for continuous learnings, each module building upon the previous one until participants have achieved their goals and those of the Society.
Why is the content 'Hybridised'?
Consultations with staff have highlighted the need for learning that encompasses both online and face-to-face interactions so as to maximise positive learning outcomes.
What does 'Induction' look like?
Induction is online and asynchronous so as to provide participants with the essential information required to add value to the Society from day one.
Subsequent interactions are hybridised to allow for both online and face-to-face learning.
Why is the content bespoke?
Past courses could only run if enough people enrolled.  This led to long delays in training and frequent cancellations.
Are there any opportunities to refresh my knowledge?
The online learning may be accessed at anytime.  Content is periodically revised to ensure it is kept up-to-date.
Periodic webinars help participants refresh their understanding of particular topics through interactive discussions.
Are there any opportunities for accreditation?
Short courses will be 'badge' accredited by the Society.  Larger programmes of study can be combined to progress through postgraduate accreditation with a partner university.
Participants are able to earn credits toward a Postgraduate Certificate, Postgraduate Diploma, and ultimately, Postgraduate Degree.
I have very little time to study.  What are my options?
The CPD modules are designed to be studied in manageable chunks.  You can stop studying at anytime only to pick-up where you left-off at a later date.
Accredited postgraduate study is conducted through our partner university and therefore requires greater time commitment.
